The study showcases the work of Counterfeit Technology to protect Mon Cheri's intellectual property against counterfeiters that were selling knock-off bridal and prom dresses online. Counterfeit Technolgy has prepared evidence and assisted the legal team in filing multiple legal cases against infringing sellers. As a result, Mon Cheri recovered substantial amounts of lost revenue as well as drastically eliminated illegal sales activity online. Counterfeit Technology continues to monitor and lead litigation processes to protect Mon Cheri's IP.
